At Candy Sho, we design objects for  everyday rituals.

We believe gentle things deserve gentle care.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

 

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

We will process the refund/return upon the following conditions:

√Product damage/defect due to delivery

√Receive the wrong product (wrong size/color/style)O

√Products not delivered (more than 30 days of purchase)

Photo or Video Proof is needed.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned.

Personal reasons dislike (not match expectations)

Products once opened or used

 

How to start a return.

1. Contact us at projectcandy@proton.me within 7 days of receiving the product with the information below.

- Order number

- Items you wish to return/refund

- Reason (optional but helpful)

- photo/video proof

2. Our team will guide you through the next steps:

- If eligible for return, send back and get refund upon receipt of goods

- If not eligible for return, provide direct refunds

- For requests not meet the policy, will explain the reasons through email

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We take a moment to check each returned item carefully. And your refund will be processed 3 days after we receive and inspect the item.
