Sho Candy is a design lifestyle brand inspired by Pop Zen, modern Eastern myth, and emotional well-being.
We create objects for everyday rituals — from scent and vessels to small companions that bring calm, joy, and meaning into daily life.

Our products are created in collaboration with artists and design studios inspired by Eastern culture, mythology, and contemporary aesthetics.
Each piece is designed to balance function, feeling, and form.
Products & Quality
1. Are your products handmade?
Some of our products are handcrafted or hand-blown (such as glassware), while others are produced with advanced techniques and strict quality standards.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
2. Are your scented products safe to use?
Yes. Our candles and scent products are made with:
· Plant-based wax
· Carefully selected fragrance oils
· Safe materials for home use
Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.
3. Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to:

Orders & Shipping
1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship from Mainland China or Hong Kong to selected international destinations.
Shipping availability and costs will be shown at checkout.
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery time:
· Hong Kong: 2-5 business days
· International: 5-20 business
o Standard Delivery: 10-20 days
o Fast Delivery: 5-10 days
Delivery times may vary due to customs or local conditions.
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Sho Candy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

2. Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:
· Scented products (candles, incense)
· Personalized or made-to-order items
· Items marked as final sale
3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Gifts & Packaging
1. Are your products suitable as gifts?
Yes. Many Sho Candy products come in gift-ready packaging, and selected items include gift boxes and carry bags.
They are designed as objects of care and meaning — perfect for special moments.
2. Can I include a gift message?
At the moment, gift messages are not supported on all orders.
